Auto Mee S Toy Cleans Touchscreen Displays

Takara Tomy knows how to make some innovative gadgets and the Japanese company has another good one. The Auto Mee S is a tiny cleaning robot that was specially designed so that it can clean all of the nasty smudges on your smartphone or tablet LCD displays.

Think of it as a Roomba for your touchscreen device. It looks like a fun gadget. The Auto Mee S features a couple of rotating cleaning papers and 3 tires on the bottom. As it moves around, it wipes fingerprints and dust off. And it can sense where the end of the screen is, allowing it to turn and keep on cleaning evenly.

Cleaning times for smartphones and tablets average at about 4 minutes and 8 minutes, though.
